Dr. Josef Grohs is an experienced orthopedist who specializes in spine surgery. He has over 30 years of clinical practice. He received his medical degree from the University of Vienna in 1986. Dr. Pablo de la Cuadra (Pablo Cuadra de la Virgili) is an orthopedic surgeon and traumatologist in Madrid. Dr. Suleyman Semih Dedeoglu is an experienced orthopedic surgeon. He specializes in sports injuries, trauma surgery, and joint reconstruction. He is known internationally for his skill in both arthroscopic and open treatments of the knee, shoulder, elbow, hip, and ankle.

In 1985 he graduated from the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. In the same year, he started to work as a resident doctor at Tokat Akbelen Health Center. Between 1987 and 1991, he specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at SiSli Etfal Hospital. Between 1993 and 1994, he worked as an assistant professor at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in Diyarbakır, Turkey. Later, he worked as the Head of the Orthopedic and Traumatology Surgery Department at American Hospital. In 1999, he studied microsurgery at Cleveland Medical Center.
He worked as a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology Microsurgery in many private hospitals in Istanbul. Between 2006-2007, he worked as a Hand and Microsurgery Specialist at Columbia University School of Medicine. In 2008, he became an associate professor of orthopedics at Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine. Between 2009 and 2015, he worked as Chief of Orthopedics at Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Hospital and he trained many Assistant Specialists. He became Professor in 2016.
