Dr. Osman Aktas has been serving as a general surgeon at Ataşehir Avicenna Hospital since 2005. Born in Kayseri in 1960, he graduated with his medical degree from Ankara University in 1983. Following his graduation, he fulfilled his military service in medical units for two years. He completed his general surgery residency at GATA from 1986 to 1990. After specializing in general surgery, He held key positions as head of general surgery departments and chief physician in several prominent military hospitals, including Tatvan, Diyarbakır, Ankara, and Manisa.
Dr. Osman has had a special focus on endoscopic surgery since 1995. Prof. Dr. Rafet Eren graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 2007. He completed his Internal Medicine specialty training at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2012. In 2018, he became a Hematology subspecialist at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital. In 2019, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the field of Hematology. Afterwards, he worked as a faculty member at Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital, Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital and Istinye University (Istinye University Bahçeşehir and Liv Hospital Vadistanbul) and is currently working at Biruni University Hospital. Dr. Rafet Eren is a member of Turkish Society of Hematology, Hematology Specialty Society and European Society of Hematology and speaks English fluently. He has around 50 publications in national and international refereed journals.
Dr. Hilmi Apak is a respected pediatric hematology-oncology specialist with more than 21 years of experience. He is trained in pediatric oncology. Dr. Apak has led advanced treatments, including bone marrow transplantation, leukemia chemotherapy, and CAR T-cell therapy.
He has published 75 international medical articles, showing his strong contribution to pediatric oncology research. Dr. Apak has worked as assistant editor for the Turkish Pediatrics Archives Periodical. He has also held important academic and leadership positions, such as Head of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa.

Prof. Dr. Birol Baytan is a respected pediatric hematologist. He focuses on diagnosing and treating childhood cancers, leukemia, anemia, and bleeding disorders. He graduated from Ankara University Medical Faculty in 1992. He completed his specialization at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Child Diseases.
Prof. Baytan has published 15 articles in international journals. He has presented and published 9 full texts at international scientific meetings. He has contributed to 3 books or book chapters.
