Dr. Dabizha Oleksiy is a respected plastic surgeon and phlebologist. He specializes in mastopexy, abdominoplasty, and liposuction. He is a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and the All-Ukrainian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons.

He completed his specialization at Istanbul Health Sciences University, Sultan Abdülhamid Han Training and Research Hospital, one of Turkey’s leading institutions.
