トルコで生まれ育ったペラ医師は、2008年から2013年にかけてハジェッテペ大学の名高い歯学部に在籍し、歯科医師としての道を歩み始めました。この分野への強い情熱が彼をさらなる専門化へと導き、口腔顎顔面外科学を専攻として、2016年から2021年までアンカラ大学歯学部にて集中的な研鑽を積みました。
