In his professional career, Dr. Sarıer began working as a urology specialist at Özel Antalya Yaşam Hospital from 2005 to 2008, and then served at Gümüşsuyu Asker Hospital between 2008 and 2009. Since 2009, he has been employed at Medical Park Antalya Hospital, where he received the title of associate professor in 2020. • Performing routine and major Penile / Urethral Reconstruction as well as Core Urology procedures twice weekly at Victoria and Queen Margaret Hospitals (Green light prostatectomy, Urolift Service lead, Prostate template biopsies, General urology)

Born in 1978 in Istanbul, Prof. Dr. Ramazan Gökhan ATIŞ completed his medical degree at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Medicine in 2002. He pursued his urology specialization at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital and became a certified urologist in February 2008. Following his military service at Edremit Military Hospital, he began working at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2009.

In 2011, he received training in laparoscopic and robotic urology at Heidelberg University’s Heilbronn Clinic. Between 2009 and 2014, he conducted numerous scientific studies, especially in the field of endourology, earning the title of Associate Professor in 2014.

Since 2017, he has served on the board of the Endourology Society. In 2018, he was selected to the European Association of Urology’s Young Academic Urologists (EAU-YAU) Endourology Working Group, actively serving for two years. In January 2021, he was appointed as a Professor at Istanbul Medeniyet University. Since August 1, 2022, he has continued his clinical practice, initially at Şişli Memorial Hospital and currently at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital.

Dr. Emrah Koksal is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He completed medical school at Trakya University (2011–2017). He trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Gülhane Military Medical Academy (2017–2023). He served at Gülhane Military Medical Academy (2018–2023) and at Hakkari Yüksekova State Hospital (2023–2025). He now practices at BAU MedicalPark Göztepe Hospital (2025–present).
