Vahit Onur Gül graduated from the Gülhane Military Medical Faculty in 1998. He became a general surgeon specialist in 2009 and a general surgery associate professor in 2020. Dr. Mustafa Sıtkı Yüksel is an experienced general surgeon. He specializes in obesity and metabolic surgery. He also performs advanced laparoscopic and cancer-related operations. Since 2000, he has performed thousands of abdominal wall hernia procedures in Istanbul. This experience has made him a leading expert in his field.

Dr. Gök is a board member of the European Hernia Society. He is also a founding member of the Turkish Hernia Society. In addition, he serves as Treasurer and General Secretary of the Hernia School.
