Her clinical experience includes Dentalis Clinic, Moscow, as an assistant (2015–2017) and as a dentist (2017–2019). He was born in 1977 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. After completing his primary and high school education, he completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2001. In the same year, he started his doctorate education in Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After completing his doctorate in 2007, he became Associate Professor in 2011 and Professor in 2016 in the same department. He has been working in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Dentistry since 2022.

トルコで生まれ育ったペラ医師は、2008年から2013年にかけてハジェッテペ大学の名高い歯学部に在籍し、歯科医師としての道を歩み始めました。この分野への強い情熱が彼をさらなる専門化へと導き、口腔顎顔面外科学を専攻として、2016年から2021年までアンカラ大学歯学部にて集中的な研鑽を積みました。

患者に対する包括的な治療アプローチを確立するため、ペラ医師は2016年から2019年にかけて複数のローテーション研修を行いました。その内容は、麻酔科・蘇生科、救急医学科、形成・再建・美容外科、ならびに耳鼻咽喉科に及び、いずれもアンカラ大学医学部にて実施されました。
