ACTINIUM-225 PSMA ALPHA PROSTATE PREMIUM PROGRAM

The Actinium-225 (Ac-225) PSMA Alpha Prostate Premium Program is an advanced precision therapy developed for patients with metastatic, progressive, or treatment-resistant prostate cancer.

This program integrates molecular imaging assessment and targeted alpha therapy within a structured and carefully controlled treatment pathway.

Prior to therapy, a previously performed PSMA PET/CT scan is carefully reviewed and evaluated to confirm sufficient PSMA receptor expression and assess disease distribution. Treatment eligibility and the final therapy decision are determined based on this molecular imaging assessment, ensuring an individualized and precisely targeted treatment approach.

The therapy utilizes Actinium-225, a highly potent alpha-emitting isotope attached to a PSMA-targeting molecule that selectively binds to prostate cancer cells. Once internalized, Actinium-225 releases powerful radiation directly inside the cancer cell, destroying it from within. Because alpha radiation acts over an ultra-short distance, surrounding healthy tissue is largely protected while maintaining strong therapeutic intensity. This makes the treatment particularly valuable for advanced or resistant prostate cancer cases.

The program is conducted under the medical leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kezban Berberoğlu, Director of Nuclear Medicine, who brings more than 20 years of experience in nuclear medicine and advanced molecular imaging, supported by international academic training in the United States. All treatments are administered in a specialized nuclear medicine environment under strict safety and monitoring protocols.

The therapeutic compound is sourced through internationally regulated pharmaceutical supply channels, including certified medication suppliers in the United States, ensuring high manufacturing standards, quality control, and traceability.

The treatment package includes nuclear medicine consultation, comprehensive laboratory testing to assess kidney, liver, and hematologic function, administration of Actinium-225 PSMA therapy, and structured post-treatment follow-up by a nuclear medicine specialist.
