WAFI処置について：WAFI処置とは、直腸がん・大腸がんの手術後における結腸直腸吻合部を保護するために開発された、革新的な外科的概念です。罹患した腸管または直腸の切除後、結腸直腸吻合部を作成することにより腸管の連続性が再建されます。WAFI法では、治癒の重要な時期におけるこの吻合部を保護するため、腸内容物の管理された管状誘導システムを使用いたします。このシステムは腸内容物を一時的に吻合部から迂回させることで、腸管の連続性を維持しながら合併症リスクの軽減を図るものです。ストーマの造設とその閉鎖のための二次手術を必要とする従来の腸管誘導法とは異なり、WAFIシステムでは管状メカニズムを用いて腸内容物を一時的に誘導し、治癒完了後に抜去することが可能です。本処置は腹腔鏡下または内視鏡ロボット支援による低侵襲結腸直腸手術を用いて実施することができ、外科的侵襲を最小限に抑えながら正確な腫瘍学的切除を行い、術後回復の促進に寄与いたします。この専門的な外科的アプローチは、アナドル医療センターでのみ提供されております。
