[Lip Lift - Lateral Philtrum Reduction]

By delicately lifting and releasing the rolled-in outer upper lip, this procedure adds volume to the thinned lateral portions, widens the visual lip line, and restores a naturally full, balanced shape. Each incision is planned with sub-millimeter accuracy to match the patient's individual lip curvature, skin thickness, and muscle dynamics. The Lateral Philtrum Reduction is frequently combined with the Medial Philtrum Reduction or Mouth Corner Lift for a comprehensive lip harmony result — and when combined with a Medial Lift, the two procedures can share an incision line, further minimizing scarring in a single session.
