A mini facelift targets early-to-moderate facial sagging with precision — without the extended recovery or broad dissection of a full facelift. At Dr. Tak Plastic Surgery, our Secret Lifting approach identifies 2–3 precise anatomical anchor points tailored to each patient's skin laxity and facial structure, lifting and securing tissue at the SMAS level for results that outlast surface-only procedures.
Stage 1 (incision inside the hairline) addresses mild jawline sagging with minimal downtime, while Stage 2 (hairline to front of ear) targets lower face and jawline laxity with firm, seamless contouring of both skin and SMAS. Both are performed using Full HD endoscopic visualization — magnifying the surgical field 5 to 10 times — to protect nerves and vessels and minimize tissue trauma. Ligament-preserving dissection ensures the lifted tissues are anchored in place for a natural, longer-lasting result without the tight or pulled appearance of conventional facelifts. Results last approximately 5–7 years on average.
