This premium surgical program is designed for patients with advanced colorectal, gynecological, or primary peritoneal malignancies seeking specialized, integrated surgical care. Delivered by experienced surgical oncologists in accredited hospital facilities, this package coordinates every step from initial surgical candidacy to immediate postoperative recovery.
What the Package Includes
* Pre-Surgical Evaluation & Multidisciplinary Assessment:
* In-depth consultation and clinical staging review with a specialized surgical oncologist.
* Comprehensive evaluation of surgical resectability, baseline status, and Peritoneal Cancer Index (PCI) estimation.
* Anesthesia pre-assessment, surgical clearance, and dedicated patient/family orientation.
* Surgical Procedure & Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy:
* Full cytoreductive surgery (CRS) aimed at complete macroscopic tumor removal (peritonectomy procedures and visceral resections as clinically indicated).
* Delivery of intraoperative hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) using dedicated perfusion platforms and precise thermal/hemodynamic monitoring.
* Operating room fees, specialized perfusion equipment, core consumables, and full surgical/anesthesia team fees.
* Inpatient Stay & Immediate Postoperative Care:
* Initial postoperative care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU / HDU) for specialized hemodynamic stabilization.
* Standard inpatient stay in a private room including nursing care, monitoring, clinical wound management, and basic laboratory panels.
* In-hospital rounds and surgical management by the lead surgical team until clinical discharge.
* Discharge planning, comprehensive medical report, and direct surgical follow-up within the first 30 days post-surgery (including suture/drain removal and wound evaluation).
Exclusions
* Long-term medical oncology therapies (systemic chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, or radiotherapy regimens).
* Long-term oncological surveillance, follow-up imaging (e.g., CT/MRI/PET scans beyond discharge), and extended outpatient oncology visits.
* Extended hospital stays, emergency readmissions, or treatments arising from rare, severe comorbidities beyond the defined surgical package scope.
