Program Details:
If you feel stressed in your daily life, especially because of work, this program is designed to give you practical tools to help you cope with it effectively. The retreat aims to help you control stress, improve your health, enhance your fitness, and achieve better sleep. It offers innovative tools to tackle stress effectively, combining various holistic practices in a serene natural setting.
Visitors to MasQi can enjoy a wide range of activities and leisure options designed to enhance their physical and mental well-being. These include yoga, meditation, energy therapies, ayurveda, and a bio-food gourmet experience based on macrobiotics.
The following activities are included in the Program:
Welcome session to detail the program and to set objectives and guidelines to follow.
6 yoga or meditation classes.
6 massages or therapies to improve your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
90 minute nutrition video-workshop.
60 minute breathing video-workshop.
90 minute meditation video-workshop.
1 mentoring + 1 natal chart.
Farewell session with recommendations for practices to continue once you´re back at home.

Accommodation & Food:
You'll stay in one of our ten stylish and cozy rooms with views of the Sierra de Mariola and our gardens. The food is a key pillar of our philosophy, with a gourmet bio diet based on organic products and fresh fish. We cater to various dietary preferences, including vegan and gluten-free options.

7 nights accommodation in the room of your chosen category (price is indicated for the stay in the Superior type of room).
7 days full board accommodation following our gourmet bio diet based on organic products and fresh wild fish – a balanced macrobiotic menu. There are alternatives for vegans, celiacs and other intolerances.
