Program Details:
This retreat allows you to deepen your understanding of yoga, explore various meditation techniques, and enjoy the purifying effects of bio-gourmet cuisine. You'll also benefit from energy therapies and massages to address physical, mental, and emotional needs, promoting a diverse range of health and wellness benefits.
The following activities are included in the Program:
Welcome Session, during which the program will be presented, and the schedules and treatments will be explained;
Daily yoga classes to increase your body awareness and to benefit from its multiple effects. During the stay, different practices and styles will be introduced;
Daily massage or 60-minute therapy to improve your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health;
60 minute daily meditation sessions where you´ll experience a range of different techniques and meditation disciplines;
60-minute macrobiotic nutrition video-workshop.
Duration options:

Accommodation & Food:
Participants will stay in comfortable rooms with a choice of categories (Standard/ Superior/ Junior suite/ Suite/ New Suite/ New Superior Suite), all within the tranquil setting of MasQi, with views of the Sierra de Mariola and our gardens.
The retreat includes full board with a gourmet bio diet based on fresh organic products and wild fish, enhancing health and rejuvenation.

スタッフは素晴らしく、リラックスできるように最善を尽くしてくれます。食事は見た目も素晴らしく、味も素晴らしく、健康にも良いです。
部屋はスタイリッシュで居心地が良く、細部まで配慮されています。

MASQiでのもう一つの素晴らしいリトリートを終えたところです。今回も、エスメ・ロペスが主催するリトリートに合わせて、食事の時間や場所などを快く調整してくれたソニアとスタッフの方々の細やかな気配りには感謝しています。周囲の美しい景色に包まれた中での静けさと落ち着きはとてもリラックスできます。部屋はすべて個性的に装飾されており、ベッドも非常に快適です。今年は特に料理を堪能しました。レシピ本の完成が待ち遠しいです！来年もすでに予約済みです！！

信じられないほど素晴らしいです。マクロビオティックフードの質と味は一級品であり、レストランスタッフから中医学の治療師に至るまで、スタッフの知識と経験は最高水準です。また戻るのが待ち遠しいです。
