This program offers a Detox diet based on nourishing liquids like broths, smoothies, and infusions, all prepared with organic ingredients and alkalizing supplements. Combined with yoga classes, ample rest, and nature walks, this retreat helps you revitalize your body and rejuvenate your overall well-being.
This Program covers:
Pre-Detox Manual that we will send to you a week before your arrival.
A Welcome Session where we will explain the procedures, schedules and guidelines to follow during the Detox program.
A "Detox Box" that contains a skin cleansing glove, tongue scraper and hot water bottle.
3 yoga classes to assist your body in the cleaning process and thus benefit from its multiple effects.
90 minute macrobiotic nutrition video-workshop.
Farewell session with guidelines on how to leave the Detox program, and personalised advice to help you to continue with a healthy lifestyle once back at home.
Accommodation & Food:
Participants will stay in comfortable rooms with a choice of categories (Standard/ Superior/ Junior suite/ Suite/ New Suite/ New Superior Suite), all within the tranquil setting of MasQi, with views of the Sierra de Mariola and our gardens.
The retreat includes a Detox diet featuring nourishing liquids and organic ingredients, designed to cleanse the body and rejuvenate appearance.

スタッフは素晴らしく、リラックスできるように最善を尽くしてくれます。食事は見た目も素晴らしく、味も素晴らしく、健康にも良いです。
