The program combines the power of yoga, meditation, energy-balancing therapies, Ayurveda sessions, mentoring, and a course on healthy living. The following activities are included in the Program:
Welcome session, where you will be given the procedures, schedules and guidelines to follow during your stay.
MasQi protocol:
* Day 1: Welcome and Bach Flowers.
* Day 2: Energy cleansing.
* Day 3: Ayurvedic therapy.
* Day 4: Balancing the chakras.
* Day 5: Meridians and mentoring.
* Day 6: Emotional liberation.
1 daily yoga class to increase your body awareness and benefit from its multiple effects.
1 daily meditation class to implement this discipline in your day to day.
Other free activities according to the MasQi program such as personal growth talks, concerts, theme dinners, and other workshops, etc.
And also a lot of rest, walks prepared by our team through the natural park of the Sierra de Mariola, enjoying the sun and fresh air, the views, the pool, the garden and the opportunity to meet new people.
Accommodation & Food:
Participants will stay in comfortable rooms with a choice of categories (Standard/ Superior/ Junior suite/ Suite/ New Suite/ New Superior Suite), all within the tranquil setting of MasQi, with views of the Sierra de Mariola and our gardens.
The retreat includes full board with a gourmet bio diet designed to balance and enhance health, using organic ingredients and fresh wild fish.

6 days full board accommodation following our gourmet bio diet based on organic products and fresh wild fish – a balanced macrobiotic menu. There are alternatives for vegans, celiacs and other intolerances.
