Select and attend 6 preferred activities from the scheduled classes such as Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Om Meditation, Meditation Here and Now, Sound Relaxation with Quartz Singing Bowls, and others.
Experience 3 massages or 60-minute therapies to enhance your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Example of the options you can choose: Abhyanga/ Shirodhara/ Anti-stress massage or Kinesiology, Bach flowers& Reiki session/ Mental Kineprogramming session/ Biomagnetism session.
Staying amidst the natural beauty of Sierra de Mariola, you'll find peace and renewal. Enjoy additional activities like hikes and exploring the National Park to make your stay even more inspiring.

This retreat is available for durations of 3, 5, 7,10,14, and 21 nights upon request.

Participants will stay in comfortable rooms with a choice of categories (Standard/ Superior/ Junior suite/ Suite/ New Suite/ New Superior Suite), all within the tranquil setting of MasQi, with views of the Sierra de Mariola and our gardens.
The retreat includes a full board with a gourmet bio-diet based on fresh organic products and wild fish, enhancing health and rejuvenation.
