Yang Young-Joon, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon and Director of the Joint Center. He treats knee and shoulder disorders, sports injuries, foot and ankle problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, and fractures and other trauma. His practice also includes joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, pediatric orthopedics, hip disorders, hand and foot microsurgery, hand numbness, diabetic foot, hallux valgus, and gout.
He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Catholic Central Medical Center and an orthopedic surgery fellowship at St. Paul’s Hospital at Catholic Central Medical Center. He is a regular member of the Korean Arthroscopy, Knee, and Shoulder Societies and serves as Director of the Orthopedic Center at Naeun Hospital.
Dr. Lee Kyung Hoon is an orthopedic specialist and department head. He treats degenerative arthritis and knee and hip disorders. He performs knee arthroscopy and arthroplasty. He also treats foot and ankle conditions, shoulder problems such as frozen shoulder and rotator cuff tears, osteoporosis, and fractures and other extremity injuries.
He earned his MD from The Catholic University of Korea. He completed his orthopedic residency at The Catholic Medical Center. He finished a fellowship and served as a clinical instructor at Bucheon St. Mary’s Hospital.
He has served as department head at Nasarath International and Himchan General Hospital Incheon. He was also director at Himchan Hospital Incheon and Medrex Hospital. He is a full member of the Korean Orthopedic Association, the Korean Knee Society, the Korean Fracture Society, the Korean Hip Society, the Korean Arthroscopy Society, and the Catholic University Knee Research Society. He completed TPI training and a microsurgery workshop.
Dr. Kang Shin-Hyuk is a prominent Neurosurgeon in Seoul, South Korea with over 25+ years of experience in the field. His research interests include brain and spinal tumor, degenerative spinal disease, cervical vertebrae diseases, tumor diseases and injury in the vertebrae and spinal cord, and more. Dr. Kang Shin-Hyuk has published several presentations on spinal and brain tumors and other related topics in seminars and journals, and has won several awards in the field. He has demonstrated that hypoxia-induced Stat3 activity contributes to HIF-1, VEGF, MMP-2, and Twist expression in human glioblastoma.
