To be honest, we found the clinic by searching for the top 10 hospitals in Turkey and chose Memorial, the call centre was very adequate, we were met at the airport by a special clinic transfer car, which was very convenient for us! Then we had a consultation with doctor Semre Kahraman, she explained us the next steps of our operation (IVF) in a very clear language. We are planning to have the operation at the end of November hopefully we will succeed very much believe in Dr Semre 🙏, I forgot to mention the consultation was free which surprised me very pleasantly 😳 as last year I was in Medipole there I paid 220$ for the consultation.

We chose Hinzentrum Klinikum Kotowice - we have never regretted our choice. From the moment we met the coordinator to the last visit to the clinic, all the steps came without any obstacles or disappointments. The coordinator Vera is a wonderful, responsive person, never left without attention, was in touch in case of any need. The visit and acquaintance with the doctor, Vera was organised taking into account all our wishes. We had an interpreter waiting for us at the clinic - Alona. She accompanied us at every visit to the clinic, so there were no problems with communication. We had the opportunity to ask her for help at any time. The clinic staff is generally pleasant and smiling. Alicia Gajevska-Kuharek is a doctor who knows what she is doing, is open to dialogue, answers all our questions and is completely trustworthy. In general, all stages of the protocol were organised in a timely manner, quickly, all information was available and most importantly, all our questions were answered. All expectations were more than met.

Good organisation...They also speak English and there is a Russian-speaking interpreter..... The appointments are quick... All questions are answered and solved..... The clinic is very cosy and new...The staff is competent, helpful and kind.... The clinic is in the beautiful city of Krakow...and the prices are affordable

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coordinating doctor Yaroslava from the platform. She was on call 24/7, always answered in detail, politely and with great patience. Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. Good afternoon, I would like to share my story of my trip to the Hyncentrum Katowice clinic. We decided to cooperate with Bookimed and we were provided with a medical coordinator Vera, who suggested this clinic as one of the best. Initially everything went well, everything was clear and understandable, we submitted our analyses and made an appointment for a consultation with a doctor with an interpreter, the coordinator sent us the address of the clinic in Krakow and confirmed our appointment. The journey was not easy and long awaited, we travelled through 3 countries to get to Krakow. We come to the appointed date and time, and we are told that the doctor does not receive in Krakow, he works in Katowice and now waiting for us there, which is an hour's drive and we have no time. And we made an appointment a month before the trip. We contacted the coordinator Wera and asked why this happened and what to do, she said that there was a mistake with the address and the city, she was not informed about the city where the doctor was working. Vera started to contact the clinic in Katowice to re-book us, but there was no answer from there and we asked the reception to help us, to call the clinic and explain the situation, but because of the language barrier, the girl could not understand our situation and said to wait for an interpreter, in a short time the interpreter Lilia appeared and she was able to solve our problem by calling the clinic and re-booking us for the next day, we were very grateful to her! She supported us and calmed us down. Of course it was not pleasant, I was very nervous, as we had a long journey and because of someone else's mistake, we could not get to the appointment, and just leave with nothing. It was good that everything was solved and we had an appointment for the next day. When we arrived in Katowice we were met by the interpreter Alyona, we signed all the documents and the doctor took us in, the consultation with ultrasound took 30 minutes. Alyona translated everything, the doctor said little, in fact, after I went to prepare for the ultrasound, I was sent to a room with a toilet and told to come out and sit on the chair, I saw that the nappy was used, crumpled, torn, not replaced after the previous patient, I asked Alyona to change it, the answer was that they change it after each patient and it is clean. In the preparation room, there was no couch, no chair, no liquid soap to wash my hands, the atmosphere is clearly not the best clinic, I changed my clothes standing up. When I came out, I saw that the napkin on the chair was changed after my words. The doctor gave me an ultrasound without gloves and it lasted 1-2 minutes, all very quickly, the conclusion of the ultrasound on my hands I was not given. Afterwards we were already talking with our interpreter in the corridor and it turned out that there is such a service as online consultation and we could not travel 3500 km for the sake of a 30 minute appointment, which should have been reported to our coordinator with Bookimed. In the end, our expectations were not met, the clinic did not impress us, the coordinator's mistake made us nervous, and the fact that we could have ordered an online consultation and not spent a lot of money on travelling was very upsetting. But in spite of everything, we do not give up, we will continue to move towards our goal, the coordinator was changed and now we are considering other clinics!

I am currently midway through my treatment and hopeful for a successful outcome. Doctors, like any other people, can't control everything, but I remain optimistic. I appreciated the care and empathy, and the pricing is not as exorbitant as in some other clinics that list the same services. However, in the end, the cost almost doubled, and this is the only significant point. All clinics list the price for a service, but it turns out that much more is needed to improve the chances of successful completion, which significantly raises the final expense, though it remains relatively fair. I believe they deserve 4 to 5 stars in any case.

The clinic is too beautiful , clean , with sophisticated equipment just like here in Switzerland where we live. Everything was well organized , well planned , no delay at all. The doctors were so precise, competent and honest ... there is nothing that they have no explained to us before starting the egg retrieval. Nurses and embryology team are so competent and do their job with love. Our coordinator Svetlana is an Angel in human form , she was so good and kind to us since we started our treatment journey. all the information she gave us were correct all the feedback were at the wright time. We are still surprise about our wonderful treatment, now the ball is in my hand to have a positive pregnancy test.

Yes, I liked it overall. But I didn’t like how translators work - there are not enough Russian-speaking translators, you have to wait for them all the time, once I waited 1.5 hours, once without an interpreter I mixed up the medication, I didn’t take the medicine correctly, because I didn’t understand correctly, even if the translator comes to you, will be in a hurry, because they have a lot of work. The clinic in the Bahcelievler district is large, modern, all tests, medicines can be bought on the spot, the staff is polite. I can’t say the result of infertility treatment yet, since I have only gone halfway through IVF, but I hope for a successful result.

Irresponsible staff! They do everything only for the sake of money! As money will be withdrawn from you, the interest in the patient disappears! And you will be left without attention in the corridor of the clinic, I say this from real experience, no humanity and attitude towards patients! Their coolest thing is ADVERTISING and luring with Russian-speaking employees !! Absolutely sucks !! You shouldn't go to Cyprus at all, do it in Europe! The costs are about the same. Perhaps they will delete my review, but hotyaby is useful to someone I HOPE!

Was offered an appointment and was told it would be online and an interpreter would be provided but there was no interpreter. I was told to pay a deposit but then after the appointment which was suppose to last an hour but lasted 20 minutes (and was started late) was concluded the hospital refused to refund me the deposit when I decided not to proceed! Luckily my credit card was able to get the money back for me.

A wonderful hospital and more than wonderful service. Professional treatment from doctors to staff, translators are high in morals and you feel like you are with a family, Doctors give you a lot of time and focus on the simplest details with love and attention, I was really surprised by the level of the high standard in all respects.
