- Javier Toro, MD is an interventional pain physician. He completed a residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in interventional pain medicine and palliative care at CES University. Dr. Toro is active in multiple national societies and is involved in research. He is Associate Professor in Anesthesia and Pain Medicine at CES University, passionate about teaching and advancing the field of regenerative medicine. He has done over 5,000 interventional analgesic procedures under ultrasound and/or fluoroscopy guidance. He has performed over 100 percutaneous spinal neurostimulation system implants
