医療スタッフは常に電話を受けており、どのような状況にも対応してくれました。

クリニックには6日間滞在し、良好な環境と個室、3食の食事がありました。医療スタッフは常に連絡が取れ、どんな状況でも助けてくれました。ただ、驚いたのは、血液の扱い（分析のための採血や手術後の縫合処理）が使い捨て手袋なしで行われることで、これは大きなマイナスポイントです。医師との相談も非常に迅速で、彼は常に急いでいるようでした。質問が多かったのですが、その半分は未回答のままでした。彼は仕事をこなしていますが、特に何も説明したり、話したりすることはありません。それも私にとってはマイナスです。

病室、食事、応答性の良い親切な医療スタッフ

手術後の縫合処理や採血が手袋なしで行われました。医師にはより注意深い対応を期待したいです。
