クリニックとすべての医療スタッフの皆様に、提供していただいた支援と、それぞれの患者様に対する配慮ある態度に深く感謝申し上げます。

患者に対する態度に非常に満足している。スタッフは礼儀正しく丁寧でした。私のあらゆるニーズに迅速に対応してくれました。手術中も、最善の代替治療を提案してくれ、機転を利かせてくれました。手術は局所麻酔で行われ、痛み止めは私にはほとんど効きませんでしたが、先生は私の状態をとても繊細に理解してくださり、麻酔が効き始めるまで辛抱強く待ち、麻酔の量を増やしてくれました。また、手術の間中、常に私の状態を尋ね、小さな痛みの反応でも、それが明らかに私の顔に反映されると、即座に対応してくれた。また、アシスタント（看護師）がそばにいて、精神的なサポートをしてくれた。特に特筆したいのは、通訳のラビアさんの態度です。ラビアさんは、私が滞在している間中、常に連絡をとってくれ、私が忙しそうにしているにもかかわらず、いつでも答えてくれました。何もわからず、言葉もわからないのに、このような態度はとても人間的だ。私は、クリニックと医療スタッフ全員に感謝したい。

クリニックはとても便利な近所にあります。クリニック自体も非常に幅広いサービスを提供しています。すべてが徒歩圏内にあります。病棟は清潔で快適、設備も整っています。
