胸の拡大手術を受けました。非常に長い時間分析を行いましたが、通訳なしで、スタッフは注意深くなく、術後の医師との相談はなく、ガーゼ交換のときに看護師に会っただけでした。私の質問への回答は得られませんでした。24時間病室に滞在しましたが、そこではスタッフが非常に良く、お礼を申し上げます。食事は普通で、清潔で、ベッドは快適でした。退院後、私の超音波写真が紛失しました……どこにあるのか尋ねても、誰もわかりません。手術から8日目となります……胸の写真を送信しましたが、返事はありません……

Overall, my experience as a patient was very positive

全体的に、患者としての私の経験は非常にポジティブであり、医療スタッフは礼儀正しかったです。外科医のグジェゴシュ・ケジンカも手術に関する決定において有能で非常に責任感がありました。残念ながら、医療上の理由で手術がキャンセルされた後、クリニックでそう言われたのに、銀行口座への返金を10日間待っていますが、時間が経ってもまだお金が返ってきません。返金を待てたら、さらにクリニックに感謝します！どうもありがとうございました。

外科医グリゴリー・ケジンキの専門的なアプローチに感銘を受けました。彼は非常に高い専門性を持つ医師です。

クリニックを出た時には、契約書も手術の支払いを証明する書類もないこと、残念ながら手術が行われなかったため、返金されるべきであることを伝えなければなりません。また、検査のためにどのくらいの金額が差し引かれるのかも話し合う必要があります。患者とこれらすべてを事前に話し合う必要があり、手術の前にお金が支払われ、その後に患者が報告書を求めなければならない状況を避けるべきです。

素晴らしい医療チーム、手術は完璧に行われた。手術後の病室での看護師たちの素晴らしい配慮。ポリクリニックでの監督者の素晴らしい付き添い。手術前にホテルで行われたオナライザーの精算。退院後の監督者は、私の健康状態に一度も関心を示しませんでした。
