最初は誰も私たちの予約を認識していませんでした。誰が私たちを担当するのかも分からない状態でした！指定された名前を使って何人かに尋ねなければならず、担当者が特定されるまで検査を始められず、2時間の遅延が発生しました… 計画通りにすべてを実行し、問題はありませんでした。このクリニックに行ってから3週間以上が経過しましたが、今に至るまで検査の残り結果を誰も送付していません。医師の見解さえもありません！支払いが済んでいるのに、誰も私たちがここで行ったことを完遂していません。
