Who is Dr.Ken

Over the course of my career, I have developed a particular interest in sleep medicine, recognizing the critical role that sleep plays in mental health and overall wellbeing. This has motivated me to pursue further training and academic activities in the field. I am especially interested in the intersection between sleep disorders and psychiatric conditions such as mood disorders, where sleep disturbances are often central to both diagnosis and treatment. My long-term goal is to integrate advances in sleep medicine into psychiatric practice, contributing to improved outcomes for patients and enhanced understanding of the mind–sleep connection.
