私は患者ではありませんが、その家族の友人です。Bookimed のレイラ先生は、常にザカリヤ兄弟が医療を受ける手続きを迅速に進めるために尽力してくださいました。彼女は勤務時間外でも対応してくれました。レイラ先生は本当にBookimedにとって貴重な存在であり、彼女がチームにいてくれたことを幸運に思います。

患者が空港で足止めを食らっていたとき、レイラ医師は彼と彼の兄弟がシヴァスへ飛ぶために必要なチケットを受け取ったのを見ました。

空港には国際患者を直接搭乗ゲートや飛行機まで案内する人を配置する必要があると感じています。空港の職員はあまり役に立ちませんでした。
