Patricia Graca

Patricia was born in Lisbon and studied Sports and Physical Education at university (five years). She is a certified yoga ( Vinyasa flow and Hatha), fitness, and Pilates instructor, teaching for 27 years now. Her classes combine sequences and exercises specially designed in a flowing and creative way to suite all levels, and create a balanced and healing practice that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. She also works as a Zen Shiatsu therapist since 2005, balancing people's energy and aligning their physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Since 2009, she studies and practices daily meditation.
