Dr. Sedat Karademir is a general surgeon focused on hepato-pancreato-biliary (HPB) surgery and liver transplantation. He trained in organ transplantation as a clinical fellow at Rush-Presbyterian–St. Luke’s in Chicago (1994–1997). He also worked as a researcher with the UCLA Liver Transplant Program.
He served as associate professor and later professor of general surgery at Dokuz Eylul University. He was on the faculty of its Liver Transplantation and HPB Surgical Unit. His memberships include the Turkish Surgical Society, Turkish HPB Surgery Society, Liver Transplantation Society, IHPBA, and ELTR.

The doctor from the first minute caused complete confidence
Excellent clinic. Very caring and skilled doctors. Despite the fact that I went to the gastrectomy operation alone, without an accompanying person, I did not feel for a single minute without attention and care. Thanks to my wonderful translator Elmira - she has become a real support. Special thanks to my coordinator Bakhtygul - she organized everything as comfortably and professionally as possible. The recovery room is excellent. Bright, with a beautiful view. My deep gratitude to all the staff of the surgical department (floor 1) for their kindness, attention, support, care. Excellent clinic, attentive and meticulous (in a good sense) doctors
Bookimed staff and interpreters accompanied us every step of the way, we got answers to all our questions.
Comfortable room for the patient and the attendant (in our case) Excellent clinic, attentive and meticulous (in a good sense) doctors. The medical staff also, put all the drips, served and made all the analyses on schedule. All promptly and without unnecessary questions.
Tasty and nourishing food was provided for both the patient and the attendant.
On the territory of the hospital is a beautiful small park for walking, as well as in the clinic itself there are many places for rest and waiting

Everything was very well organized, and I was especially impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the assistants, the translator, and most of all, the doctors. I truly felt supported and well taken care of throughout the process.

If I may offer one small remark, it would be that the brain MRI report was a bit limited in detail. Aside from that, everything was impeccable. I am very satisfied and grateful for the care I received.
