I highly recommend this hospital, doctor and bookimed for anyone seeking a tympanoplasty or other ear related surgery
Hisar hospital was great, rooms were large, clean and they had the latest medical equipment. The doctor (dr. Tayphun Apuhan) explained to us in detail the procedure (it was a tympanoplasty for my wife) and the surgery went perfect. The hospital staff was great, the nurses took very good care of us and the experience was a 5/5 at all times. The doctor also offered the least intrusive solution to my wife's problem so her recovery was quick and successful. The provided translator (which was needed as my wife does not speak english) was great and she guided us throughout the whole treatment phases. I highly recommend this hospital, doctor and bookimed for anyone seeking a tympanoplasty or other ear related surgery.
Our medical coordinator Olha was super helpful - she guided us through all the steps required, and the trip we had was great and un-eventful. The recommended hospital was great, we had a translator with us the whole time and the surgery was succesful

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hisar Hospital Intercontinental in Istanbul for the high professionalism, attentiveness and care shown at every stage of my treatment.
I underwent hysteroscopic removal of several endometrial polyps, including one large one measuring 3 cm. Everything went perfectly - from the initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care.
Special thanks to my doctor - Op. Dr Berna Buse Kobal. She inspired confidence from the very beginning, explained everything calmly and clearly, acted very carefully and confidently. After the operation I felt great, without pain or discomfort. The nurses and all the staff of the clinic were very attentive and helpful. The atmosphere in the hospital is clean, modern, comfortable and absolutely safe.
I would also like to thank Julia, a Bookimed employee, who helped me with counselling and organising the trip. We made the decision literally at the last moment: we were informed from Dushanbe in the evening, flew out at night, and already in the morning I was in the clinic. Everything was organised perfectly - meeting, hospitalisation, surgery on the same day, and in the evening I was already relaxing in the hotel and feeling great.

I also want to express my gratitude to the coordinators, as they were always in touch. We even managed to make some good friends.

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process.
At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tamer Aksoy graduated from Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2000. After working as a Management Representative at SSK Tavşanlı Hospital, he worked as a General Practitioner at SSK Ankara Etlik Specialization Hospital Endocrinology Department and started his residency training at Hacettepe University Nuclear Medicine Department in 2005 and completed his specialization in 2009 and became a Nuclear Medicine specialist.
After working as an Assistant Professor at Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Nuclear Medicine, he started to work at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital in 2011. In 2012, Aksoy worked as an Assistant Professor at Acıbadem Hospitals group and Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Aksoy, who worked as a Lecturer at Acıbadem Hospitals group and Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Faculty of Medicine in 2012, started to work at Health Sciences University Istanbul Training and Research Hospital Nuclear Medicine Clinic in 2018 and ended his duty in 2023.
In 2012, he worked as a clinical researcher at the Netherlands Cancer Institute - Antoni van Leeuwenhoek (NKI) Hospital (Amsterdam / Netherlands) Nuclear Medicine Clinic (Netherlands) as an observer on PET imaging, Lymphoscintigraphy and Radionuclide Therapies. In February 2023, he received the title of Associate Professor. He has been serving his patients at Hisar Hospital Intercontinental since May 2023.
