A graduate of the Pomeranian Medical University, Faculty of Medicine in Szczecin. Specialization in the field of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System.
Dr. Trzeciak gained practical and theoretical experience while working at the Provincial Clinical Hospital No. 2 in Rzeszów. He broadens his knowledge by participating in courses and training in operational techniques organized by centers with the highest level of reference in Poland and abroad. He is the holder of course completion certificates under the guidance of AO, AAOS, FESSH, IBRA. He perfected his orthopedic skills during numerous individual trainings and symposia.

> shoulder: treatment of instability of the shoulder joint (suturing the labrum, Hill Sachs remplissage) and the clavicle-shoulder joint, biceps tendon tenodesis / tenotomy, reconstruction of the rotator cuff tendons, mini-open reconstruction technique of the LATARJET acetabular defect or bone-block scapular defect;
> knee: reconstruction of the cruciate and collateral ligaments of the knee, reconstruction of the MPFL ligament in patellar instability, reconstruction of articular cartilage defects with the use of collagen membranes and growth factors;
> ankle joint: treatment of anterior conflict, acute ATFL ligament injuries, cartilage injuries.
Dr. Kulczyk has participated in numerous conferences and courses in Poland and abroad. he is the author of several scientific publications on arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.

A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of prof. K. Skubiszewski in Lublin (1994-2000). After a post-graduate internship in 2003-2004, he was an assistant in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology with the Hip and Knee Endoprosthesoplasty Center of the "Frederic Chopin" Provincial Specialistic Hospital in Rzeszów. For 12 years, he was an assistant in the Clinical Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the Saint "Jadwiga the Queen" Clinical Provincial Hospital. From 2006 until now, Senior Assistant of the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology at the Specialistic "Holy Family" Hospital in Rzeszów. He obtained the title of specialist after the exam on November 25, 2009. Apart from the workplace, he also gained skills and experience during numerous theoretical and practical courses and trainings organized in Poland and abroad, carried out in the best orthopedic centers.
Dr. Andrzej Rak is a specialist in orthopedics and traumatology. He consults on musculoskeletal disorders in adults and in children from the age of 10. He graduated from the Medical University of Łódź. He works at the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Locomotor System at the Karol Jonscher Municipal Medical Center in Łódź.
He performs arthroscopies. He reconstructs knee and foot ligaments. He carries out hip and knee endoprosthesis procedures (public and private). He also performs carpal tunnel release, fracture repair, bunion correction, and shoulder arthroscopy. He administers intra-articular hyaluronic acid and steroid injections. He also performs ultrasound-guided injections, including paraspinal. He specializes in biological therapy and qualifies patients for surgery.
He regularly attends the Isokinetic Conference in Lyon. He has completed courses in knee arthroscopy and meniscus suturing, ACL reconstruction, and shoulder arthroscopy (instability, subacromial impingement, labral repair) at the Medical Education Center in Warsaw. He has also trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnostics at the Roztocze School of Ultrasound.
