Prof. Dr. Şule Karadayı is a Professor and Thoracic Surgery Specialist. She earned her MD from Ankara University in 1999 and completed her residency in 2004. Her international training includes an observership with Prof. Ramon Rami Porta in Barcelona in 2005. She received an ESTS Travel Fellowship in Vienna in 2009. She joined the Mevlana Exchange Program in Azerbaijan in 2015. She scored 76.25 on the ÜDS English exam in 2006. She is a member of the European Society of Thoracic Surgeons and several Turkish thoracic societies.
Her clinical focus includes lung cancer surgery. She performs Da Vinci robotic and VATS/minimally invasive thoracic procedures. She treats pulmonary nodules and masses. She also performs mediastinal, pleural, and chest wall (pectus) surgery. She offers interventional bronchoscopy, including endobronchial valve therapy for advanced emphysema and COPD. She serves as an assistant principal investigator on projects in wound healing and mediastinal lymph node evaluation. As of 2026, she sees patients at Hisar Hospital Intercontinental.
