Prof. Dr. Ali İnal is a physician with over 25 years of experience. He specializes in Clinical Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, Immunology, and Allergy. He works as a Professor in the Department of Immunology and Allergy at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. İnal completed his training in Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. He also finished a fellowship in Clinical Immunology and Allergy. He has managed Immunology and Tissue Typing Laboratories for more than 20 years. He has played a key role in improving transplant immunology and diagnostic immunology services.

His research covers cytokine storms in COVID-19, donor-specific antibodies, transplant rejection, autoimmunity, and primary immunodeficiencies. Dr. İnal has published many scientific articles. He has received research awards and grants. He also takes part in national and international congresses.

Prof. Dr. Ali Ferruh Akay is a board-certified urologist with more than 30 years of medical experience. He has specialized in urology for over 25 years. He currently serves as Professor of Urology at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Akay earned his medical degree from Dokuz Eylul University. He completed his urology residency at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. In 2005, he received advanced training in Endourology and Laparoscopic Surgery at the University of Rochester in the USA.

He has worked at several leading institutions. These include Dicle University, Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, Memorial Diyarbakır Hospital, Veni Vidi Hospital, and Başkent University Istanbul Hospital.

Dr. Akay’s expertise includes uro-oncology, endourology, minimally invasive procedures, stone surgeries, male infertility, erectile dysfunction, and BPH. He has published over 100 scientific articles and is an active member of the European Association of Urology (EAU).

Dr. Sefanur Dalarslan Karakaya is a physician who specializes in functional and holistic medicine. She focuses on medical nutrition, autoimmune diseases, lifestyle medicine, and preventive care. She also has experience with intestinal permeability, liver diseases, obesity treatment, longevity, and skin diseases.

She holds several certificates, including Family Medicine, Functional Medicine (5 modules, 2021-2024), Medical Nutrition Counselling, Homeopathy, and Phytotherapy. Dr. Karakaya has completed advanced training in holistic nutrition therapies and diabetes management using phytotherapy.

Dr. Karakaya has over 25 years of clinical experience. She has worked in family medicine, emergency medicine, and obesity medicine at various medical centers in Istanbul and Sivas.

My name is Dilek Cay I was born on January 2, 1988 in Mersin. I completed my primary and high school education here. After graduating from Anamur Anatolian High School, I graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2013 as a medical doctor. "I received my anesthesiology and resuscitation specialization from Istanbul Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal City Hospital between 2016-2011. I completed my compulsory duty at Pendik State Hospital between 2021-2023. While continuing my profession in the field of anesthesia specialization, I am also interested in holistic medicine and preventive medicine. I am currently serving as an anesthesiology and resuscitation specialist at Sapphire Clinic.
