Prof. Dr. Tufan Cansever is an experienced neurosurgeon. He specializes in spinal surgery, brain tumors, and neurovascular diseases. He became Professor at Bilim University Medical Faculty in 2011. He was appointed Associate Professor at Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa in 2006. His training includes residency and fellowship at Cerrahpaşa in 1997 and 2000. He completed visiting fellowships at Cornell HSS in 2004 and Western Ontario/LHSC in 2009. He holds a CRA certificate from Oxford College (2024). As of 2024, he serves as a CRA at Mount Sinai Hospital ICU Research (iCORE).

He has peer-reviewed publications in J Shoulder Elbow Surg, Acta Orthop Traumatol Turc, Arthroscopy, and others. His work includes a 22.4-year follow-up study on displaced supracondylar humerus fractures. He also reported 6-year outcomes for hallux valgus.

Prof. Selin Kapan has been a Professor of General Surgery since 2017. She is currently with Istanbul Aydın University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of General Surgery (2022–present). She previously worked at Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital as a Specialist and Associate Professor. She also served as Educational and Administrative Supervisor at Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital. In addition, she was Medical Coordinator and General Surgeon at Istanbul Surgery Hospital.

She has authored or co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers. Her research covers hernia repair, perianal fistula, pilonidal disease, hepatic hydatid disease, laparoscopic surgery, and gastrointestinal surgery. Her work has been published in journals such as Digestive Surgery, Hernia, Techniques in Coloproctology, and the Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery. She is a member of the Turkish Surgical Association, the National Trauma and Emergency Surgery Association, the Hernia Society, the Turkish HPB Surgery Association, the Stem Cell and Cellular Therapies Association, and the Gastroesophageal Reflux Association.

Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sait Buğdacı is a highly experienced physician specializing in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He completed his medical education and specialty training at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital. Assoc. Prof. Ayşe İrem Yasin, M.D., is a medical oncologist who specializes in solid tumors. Her clinical focus includes breast, lung, gastrointestinal, gynecologic, and urologic cancers. She also treats brain and other CNS tumors, soft tissue sarcomas, head and neck cancers, adenocarcinomas, melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, and cancers of unknown primary. Dr. Cagdas Erdogan is a gastroenterologist at Ankara Etlik City Hospital. He trained in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He earned his MD from Dokuz Eylul University. He completed his Internal Medicine residency from 2014 to 2019. He then completed a Gastroenterology fellowship at Ankara City Hospital from 2019 to 2022. His clinical focus includes advanced endoscopy (ERCP, EUS, EMR, ESD, POEM, EGD, colonoscopy, double-balloon enteroscopy), inflammatory bowel disease, and hepatology.

He has about 40 publications. His work appears in The Turkish Journal of Gastroenterology, Scientific Reports, Endoscopy, and Digestive Diseases and Sciences. Notable studies address vedolizumab in IBD and prophylaxis for post-ERCP pancreatitis. He also reported a 13-year Crohn’s cohort comparing infliximab and adalimumab. Additional work covers outcomes with an adalimumab biosimilar and innovative endoscopic therapies (MCA via double-balloon enteroscopy, holmium laser for Bouveret syndrome, POEM for Zenker’s diverticulum, and ESD for esophageal papillomatosis).

Dr. Muhammed Mustafa Atci is an Associate Professor of Medical Oncology at İstinye University, Liv Hospital Topkapı (2025–present). He previously served as Associate Professor and Education Coordinator at Prof. Dr. Cemil Taşcıoğlu City Hospital (2023–2025). He was also a Medical Oncologist there (2018–2021).

He has been a member of ASCO and the Turkish Society of Medical Oncology since 2018. He is the author or co-author of 19 peer-reviewed international papers on colon, breast, gastric, pancreatic, lung, thyroid, sarcoma, and colorectal cancers.

Notable works include a multicentre study on stage IIB colon cancer survival (Journal of Chemotherapy). He also studied the De Ritis ratio for lung metastasis in testicular cancer (Current Urology). His prognostic studies used PET/CT, MSI, lymph node ratio, and metabolic tumor volume.

Prof. Dr. Ozan Beytemur is an experienced orthopedic surgeon with over 20 years in the field. He is a Professor at Health Sciences University, Istanbul Bağcılar Health Practice and Research Center. He is known for his research in bone healing, osteoporosis prediction, and orthopedic biomechanics. He has published many articles in leading international journals.

Dr. Beytemur has served as Chief Physician and has led improvements in orthopedic care and education. He holds the TOTBİD-TOTEK Board Certification. He has also completed international courses, including the AO Pediatric Trauma Course. He specializes in complex surgeries, such as bone tumor treatment and advanced fracture management. He is active in Turkish orthopedic associations and has supervised important theses, helping to advance orthopedic science and education.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Salih İyikesici is a medical oncologist. He provides personalized care for breast, lung, and gastrointestinal cancers. He combines metabolically supported therapies with chemotherapy. His interests include the ketogenic diet in cancer care, hyperthermia, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

He has conducted and contributed to national and international scientific studies. Selected national peer-reviewed publications include Metabolic Supported Chemotherapy in Rectal Cancer (2020), NSCLC Patient Outcomes – Marmara University (2004), and Early-Stage Breast Cancer Outcomes (2004).

Op. Dr. Ayhan Kara is a neurosurgeon with over 25 years in spine surgery. He specializes in minimally invasive and endoscopic procedures on the cervical and lumbar spine. His work includes anterior discectomy, nucleoplasty, and spinal instrumentation and fixation. He graduated from Dicle University. He completed neurosurgery training at Kartal Training and Research Hospital. He also finished an internship at Helios Clinic in Hamburg.

He has performed hundreds of advanced spine operations. He aims for fast recovery and shorter rehab. He stays active in courses and conferences. He uses current, individualized methods. Interests: minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery (cervical, lumbar), anterior lumbar discectomy, nucleoplasty, spinal instrumentation and fixation.
