1987年にアゼルバイジャンで生まれる。2004年にゲランボイ第39中等学校を卒業。2006年から2007年にかけて、バクーにある国防省第112連隊において18ヶ月間兵役に服した。2014年にアゼルバイジャン医科大学を卒業し、医学博士号を取得。同年、ÖSYMが実施する医学語学試験に合格し、2015年には同じくÖSYMが実施する医師職位試験に合格した。2016年にアゼルバイジャンにおける一般外科レジデントを退き、イスタンブール大学チェッラーパシャ医学部の成人精神保健・疾患学講座にて成人精神科の専門研修を開始した。同年、ÖSYMが実施する医学専門化試験に合格し、2020年に「境界性パーソナリティ障害患者における身体イメージ障害」をテーマとした論文を提出して専門医資格を取得した。

　専門的な関心分野には、精神分析療法およびマインドフルネスに基づく療法、不安障害、薬物依存・ゲーム依存およびその他の行動嗜癖が含まれる。
