Assist. Op.Dr.Oğuzhan Parlakkılıç graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 2001.

Dr. Georg Schatzl is a urologist and andrologist. He specializes in men’s health, including erectile dysfunction, infertility, prostate diseases, and urinary tract disorders. He has performed thousands of procedures. Dr. Schatzl is known for his skill in both clinical and surgical urology.

He is an Extraordinary University Professor and a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). Dr. Schatzl has published nearly 100 articles in international journals. His work has an impact factor of over 521 and a high h-index. He has given more than 500 presentations at national and international conferences. He also reviews articles for leading urology journals.

Dr. Schatzl has received awards such as the Mauermayerpreis (2003) and the Pfizer Prostate Award (1998). He leads the Prostate Work Group of the Austrian Board of Urology. He also has experience in quality assurance and medical management.

Prof. Jack Baniel is a Professor of Urology and Chief of Urology section at Rabin Medical Center, Petach Tikva, Israel. He specializes in the reconstruction of the bladder, robotic prostatectomy, cancer surgeries with preservation of the nerve endings. He has published over 100 scientific articles and is actively involved in research in the field of uro-oncology. Born in 1978 in Istanbul, Prof. Dr. Ramazan Gökhan ATIŞ completed his medical degree at Istanbul University’s Faculty of Medicine in 2002. He pursued his urology specialization at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital and became a certified urologist in February 2008. Following his military service at Edremit Military Hospital, he began working at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital in 2009.

In 2011, he received training in laparoscopic and robotic urology at Heidelberg University’s Heilbronn Clinic. Between 2009 and 2014, he conducted numerous scientific studies, especially in the field of endourology, earning the title of Associate Professor in 2014.

Since 2017, he has served on the board of the Endourology Society. In 2018, he was selected to the European Association of Urology’s Young Academic Urologists (EAU-YAU) Endourology Working Group, actively serving for two years. In January 2021, he was appointed as a Professor at Istanbul Medeniyet University. Since August 1, 2022, he has continued his clinical practice, initially at Şişli Memorial Hospital and currently at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital.

He travelled to the United States in 2012 for a study stay at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre in New York. Specifically, at the Oncology Unit leaded by Dr Karim Touijer.

The Quirónsalud Marbella Hospital Urology Unit deals with the study, diagnosis and treatment of the conditions affecting the urinary system, the suprarenal glands and the retroperitoneum of both male and female patients, as well as the male reproductive system.

The team of experts and the nursing team in this Unit have vast expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of the various pathologies treated by this speciality.

We cover all the medical, preventative and surgical aspects in order to offer early detection, an adequate diagnosis and an accurate treatment. Our main objective is to offer the highest quality in humane treatment and scientific knowledge with a clear and decisive vocation of patient service.

The Urology Unit performs its activities at the A&E Unit (helping with any urologic emergency 24 hours a day and 365 days a year) and at the Outpatient Consultations Unit (helping patients with an appointment from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon)

With a Degree in Medicine and Surgery obtained at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, he completed his studies in Nephrology as a Resident Doctor at the Clínico Universitario

San Carlos Hospital in Madrid where he completed his studies with Doctorate courses in Endocrinology.

The Nephrology and Hypertension Unit deals with non-surgical kidney diseases and with blood pressure. The professionals of the Nephrology Unit of Quirónsalud Marbella Hospital have vast experience in this speciality which, together with the latest drug technologies and equipment, helps them prevent and correct potential system unbalance and provide better recovery to patients. Due to the close connection between kidney conditions and the function of other vital organs, the specialists of the Nephrology team apply a multidisciplinary approach and work with the Cardiology, Endocrinology, Digestive System and Urology Units, amongst others.

Quirónsalud Marbella Hospital is the only private establishment in the area to be equipped with a Dialysis Unit provided with 20 stations in a facility situated in an adjacent building as an independent healthcare circuit.
