准教授ジェンク・アカール博士は、アンカラ大学医学部で医学教育を受け、ガジ大学医学部泌尿器科学教室で泌尿器科の専門医研修を修了しました。2009年6月から2012年11月まで、パムッカレ大学医学部泌尿器科学教室で准教授として勤務しました。2012年5月から2012年11月までの6か月間、オランダがん研究所・AVL病院泌尿器科において、泌尿器科悪性腫瘍に対するロボット手術および腹腔鏡手術のリサーチフェローとして研鑽を積みました。2012年11月よりアジバデム・アンカラ病院に勤務し、2014年9月に必要な学術資格を取得し、「准教授」の称号を授与されました。2015年から2020年まではアンカラの私立病院に勤務し、その後2020年にHisar Intercontinental病院を設立するまでアンカラで個人開業を続けました。

2015年には、トルコの泌尿器科領域で初となる「泌尿器科手術における蛍光イメージング」コースの組織委員会委員長を務めました。その後の数年間、泌尿器科学会の後援のもと、ICG蛍光イメージングに関する多数の泌尿器科・学際的コースを主宰しました。2017年には、トルコで初めて良性前立腺肥大症に対する双極電極による前立腺核出術を自施設において導入しました。その後、HOLEP（ホルミウムレーザー前立腺核出術）およびTHUFLEP（ツリウムファイバーレーザー前立腺核出術）など、さらなる手技においても豊富な経験を積み重ねてきました。

Accepting patients in the Urology medical unit of Florya Hospital, Prof. Dr. Semih Ayan completed his education at Sivas Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and received the title of Urology Specialist. In 1999, he became a Postdoctoral Fellow in Pediatric Urology at Harvard University; He became Associate Professor of Urology in 2003 and Professor of Urology in 2009. In 2015, he completed his Minimal Invasive Urological Oncology (Clinical Fellow) studies at the University of Chicago and crowned his professional education and experience with international studies.

In the field of Urological Oncology, which is one of the physician's areas of interest, surgical treatment of prostate cancer, bladder cancer and kidney tumors provides a significant increase in the survival rate and the chance of surviving cancer. Prof. Dr. Abdulmuttalip Şimşek graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. In 2010, he completed his 'Specialization Training' in the field of Urology at Foundation Gureba Hospital. Prof., who conducts studies at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Lütfiye Nuri Burat State Hospital and Haseki Training and Research Hospital. Prof. Dr. Alaettin Çelik graduated from Adapazarı İlyaslar Primary School in 1960, from Haydarpaşa High School in 1966, and from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1972. In the same year, he became an assistant in the 2nd Surgery Department of the Faculty of Medicine. Between November 1975 and February 1976, he completed his military service for 4 months at the Gelibolu Military Hospital as a Reserve Officer. In 1977, he became a General Surgery Specialist in the Department of Surgery.

To establish the pediatric surgery department at the faculty and to specialize further, he worked as a registrar at the University of London's "The Hospital for Sick Children" from 01.12.1978 to 01.12.1980. After returning to the faculty, he continued his pediatric surgery studies and became an associate professor in 1982.

In the same year, he was appointed as the founding chairman of the Pediatric Surgery Department at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine on 06.09.1982. He established the department, which included a 30-bed inpatient unit, an ICU, a polyclinic, and an operating room for students, assistants, and specialists. In 1988, he became a professor. In addition to leading the Pediatric Surgery Department, he served as the Vice President of the Department of Surgical Medical Sciences between 1990 and 1995. From 1995 to 1998, he was the Head of the Department of Surgical Medical Sciences at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine.

He is a specialist in General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, and Pediatric Urology. He has numerous cited and published clinical and experimental research articles, case reports, expert theses, and free papers presented at domestic and international congresses. He is the author of several books, including Pediatric Surgery Book of Pediatric Surgery (2014), Newborn Surgery (2008), and Pediatric Surgery Book (2013).

He is a member of various professional medical associations, including the Turkish Ministry of Health Pediatric Surgery Society. He established, developed, and trained a large number of students, assistants, specialists, and faculty members at the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Department of Pediatric Surgery. He left the Department of Pediatric Surgery in 2013 and retired due to age limits on 16.03.2016. His contracted working period at the same faculty ended on 22.10.2016. He continues to work as a Pediatric Surgery Specialist at Istanbul Florence Nightingale Hospital and participates in weekly meetings of the Council of Children's Tumors.
