He received his Doctor of Medicine with First Class Honors from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University in 2000.

Dr. Keorochana completed orthopedic surgery training at Srinakarin Hospital, Khon Kaen University in 2004. He then joined a spinal surgery program at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University in 2006. He continued his training with a spine fellowship at UCLA Comprehensive Spine Center from 2008 to 2010. Dr. Rattalerk Arunakul is a specialist in Endoscopic Spine Surgery, Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, and Adult Reconstructive Spine Surgery.
