Dr. Arturo Martínez is a general surgeon trained at Centro Médico Nacional de Especialidades “La Raza” (IMSS). The program is recognized by UNAM. He has 20 years of experience in weight-loss surgery. He is board certified by the Mexican Council of General Surgery and the Mexican College of Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery. He also holds the Surgical Review Corporation (SRC) designation of Surgeon of Excellence in Bariatric Surgery.

He completed postgraduate training in Advanced Laparoscopic and Bariatric Surgery at Hospital Ramón y Cajal in Madrid. Since 2001, he has been affiliated with the Obesity Control Center (Cyntar). Dr. Servet Tali is a bariatric and metabolic surgeon with more than 12 years of experience. He graduated from Cumhuriyet University Medical School. He has performed over 10,000 bariatric and metabolic surgeries. He consults more than 1,000 patients with obesity and diabetes each year.

Prof. Selin Kapan has been a Professor of General Surgery since 2017. She is currently with Istanbul Aydın University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of General Surgery (2022–present). She previously worked at Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital as a Specialist and Associate Professor. She also served as Educational and Administrative Supervisor at Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital. Dr. Hakan Duger is a specialist in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases. He has worked at Gaziantep Özel Defa Life Hospital since 2023. He previously served at Kilis Prof. Dr. Alaeddin Yavaşca State Hospital from 2021 to 2023.

Dr. Rafał Marszałek is a general, oncologic, and bariatric surgeon. He specializes in minimally invasive and laparoscopic techniques. Surgical Experience

After becoming a general surgery specialist in 1996, I served as a General Surgery and Organ Transplantation Specialist at SSK (social insurance institution), for a period of 9 years. In 2005, was granted the title of Associate Professor-General Surgery. Between 2005 and 2012, I established the kidney transplant centers in İzmir Private Kent Hospital, Istanbul Private Gaziosmanpasa Hospital, and Medicalpark Goztepe Hospital respectively, and served as the chief executive of these centers.

I have worked in İzmir Private Kent Hospital since 2013. I established Obesity Clinic at Gazi Hospital, and performed more than 200 gastric reduction operations.

I have worked in the management boards of many associations engaging in scientific and social activities, and served as a founding member in some of them.
