Daniel from Attencion al Paciente - I was having difficulty with my Quirón Salud telephone App - Daniel was extremely helpful and spent half an hour working with my account and correcting all of the previously input information. He spoke both English and Spanish making communicating very easy **** Doctor Alejandro Pascual Gutiérrz and his assistant were excellent- he took the time to explain his diagnosis and she helped to schedule future appointments. Highly recommended the services of QuirónSalud

This is simply the worst hospital I’ve been in my life. They’ve made me come back and forth many times and instead of getting better I only got worst. - until this day I haven’t received an ultrasound exam, which I’ve requested many times; - the doctors subscribed medicine that made me feel extremely sick and when I went back to change it prescribed even worst one, completely ignoring what I’ve said that I knew I had reaction or didn’t; - the exchange of the medicine could be done over the phone with a doctor as I requested a consultancy, but they made me go back there again to guess: the doctor on site tell me it could be handed over the phone and app; - their app absolutely sucks, it’s such a headache to get access to it, since their SMS/email code doesn’t work; - I had a doctor that literally looked at me and say it was all normal, although I had proven exams that it was not and I was feeling sick for 6 months. I had to say the nurses usually do a good job, but doctors and systems completely suck.

Horrible experience, the people at the desk were incredibly rude to me and for some reason my appointment got delayed 40minutes of my actual appointment which i find absolutely absurd. Not even that, they didn’t even give an explanation on why it was delayed when i asked why it took them so long to take me in. At that point my tooth was aching so bad painkillers didn’t even help. I was in so much pain and they didn’t even apologise for any of the inconveniences.
