Everyone starting with the coordinators, doctor, nurses were really nice and helpful, the staff care about their patients. The appointment i was supposed to have in another clinic was canceled because the doctor canceled all appointments on the surgery day, so the coordinator from bookimed (Natalia) reached out to Lokman Hekim hospital and they agreed to take me in the same day for blood tests and surgery next day, I am really thankful to dr. Hasan, nurses, Mr. Ismael, Olga and everyone, who took a part in my stay in the hospital.
