Centro Odontológico Metropolitano: 詳細情報 クリニックについて
ドミニカ共和国, サンティアゴ・デ・ロス・カバリェロス
Centro Odontológico Metropolitano is a family dental center in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. Founded in 2003, the center focuses on minimally invasive techniques. Six specialized departments operate within a single building in the Los Jardines Metropolitanos district.
Experience and Specialist Team
Founder Dr. Basilio Madera leads the clinic. He graduated in 1983 from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Eight doctors cover multiple dental disciplines, with around 35 years of collective experience. A dedicated administrative and clinical support team works alongside them.
Dental Rehabilitation and Aesthetics
Dr. Basilio Madera heads the rehabilitation department. The team focuses on both functional and aesthetic restoration. They provide several restorative services:
- Smile design and dental aesthetics
- Oral rehabilitation
- PFM (porcelain-fused-to-metal) crowns
- Treatment for temporomandibular disorders (TMJ issues)
Every rehabilitation starts with a full treatment plan. This ensures aesthetic changes don't compromise oral function.
Implantology and Oral Surgery
Dra. Lisaris Madera manages the dental implantology department. The clinic offers various surgical solutions for missing teeth:
- Single dental implant installation
- Implant installation with a crown
- All-on-4 and All-on-6 hybrid implant dentures
- Ridge augmentation for bone volume
- Socket preservation after tooth extraction
Dr. Marco Pichardo and Dra. Melissa Estrada handle maxillofacial surgical care. They perform orthognathic surgery to correct jaw irregularities. The team also does crown lengthening with osteotomy to prepare teeth for restorative work.
Orthodontics and Endodontics
The orthodontics department treats dentofacial issues in children and adults. Specialists focus on natural results and harmonious alignment. For tooth infections, the endodontic team performs root canal treatments. They use magnification and specialized tools to remove foreign bodies from root canals. This precise approach helps save teeth that might otherwise need extraction.
Services for International Patients
Centro Odontológico Metropolitano serves as a full-service provider for travelers. The integrated team manages everything from diagnosis to final rehabilitation. Dedicated coordinators handle scheduling, so patients visiting the Dominican Republic have a smooth experience.

I've been a patient at this clinic since 2016 when I underwent orthodontic treatment. Since then, my experience with them has been excellent. They provide guidance on caring for my smile, constant follow-up on my progress, and their prices are moderate compared to other clinics. I highly recommend them!

The service is exceptional. From the moment you arrive at the register, the staff is incredibly friendly. The office is very clean and organized. It's very peaceful.
I've had several procedures done by Dr. Basilio, Dr. Yartiza, Dr. Olisa, and Dr. Marco, and they've all been fantastic.
I had my wisdom teeth extracted, and my recovery was very quick and with minimal pain.
