Dera dental, the doctor, and all the staff are absolutely amazing. Truly the best dental service I have ever received. The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and advises you based on your specific needs, he does not simply look for what’s best for your teeth now but he looks and sees what’s best for your teeth for years to come. I came in to get composite bonding on my front teeth and the doctor listened to ever small request I had, asked if I was pleased after each step, and told me not to hesitate if I had any request or concerns. Truly, truly he’s an amazing doctor and his staff is beyond kind. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I look forward to coming back in the future.

I just returned home from my treatment at Dera Dental Clinic in Turkey, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Choosing to travel abroad for extensive dental work can feel like a massive decision, but the level of care, professionalism, and genuine attention the entire team provided throughout my stay completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, well looked after, and fully informed at every single step of my journey. Dr. Bashtan is a phenomenal clinician whose tremendous knowledge and precision, and thorough approach to my treatment plan gave me complete confidence from day one. He is a true master of his craft. Navigating a complex medical procedure requires an immense amount of trust, and Dr. Bashtan’s expertise completely put my mind at ease. A massive, heartfelt thank you goes to Cemre, who accompanied me throughout the entire process and made the whole experience a whole lot better. Having that dedicated support by my side in a foreign country was a huge part of this experience and brought me total peace of mind. If you are looking for top-tier dental work combined with a team that genuinely cares about their patients, I cannot recommend Dera Dental Clinic enough. Thank you to everyone at Dera for making this such a positive, successful, and seamless experience!

I had the most amazing experience at Dera. Cemre picked me up and dropped me off to my hotel everyday and checked on me throughout the day- a lovely humble and kind man and genuinely respectful (and that matters alot when you're a solo female traveller!) and his replies before choosing dera were one of the reasons i chose them because there was no upselling ect it was so real and human- Thank you so much Cemre, you were a huge part of why the experience was so good! Dr Bastan is an experienced dentist (20+ years!) and he felt trustworthy and knowledgeable and even when he had the chance to sell me a higher costing treatment he offered something else first because he wanted to protect my natural teeth. He could have easily just gone with the more money for him composite bonding (Which is what i wanted) but he recommended bleaching instead. In the end when i chose composite bonding he did the most incredible job, super natural- kept all the shapes and sizes and im genuinely so so happy with my teeth. He listened to all my wishes and took extra care to get my teeth to where i wanted them. I didnt want super glowy white straight, blocky teeth at all, i wanted to retain my little characteristics and he did exactly that. I didn't once feel uncomfortable there, everyone was so kind and lovely. The doctor is so respectful and calm and kind. The dentist itself is beautifully decorated and super clean and quiet. Zeyneb and Seyda helped him and they were so sweet and lovely. Zeyneb was even fasting and it was the last day of ramadan and she broke her fast at work and worked late, i felt so bad, they all worked so late the last day of ramadan and day before Eid when i am sure they would rather be with thier families! I appreciate that SO much thank you so much! Duygu was also so lovely, smiling and respectful everytime she saw me. I genuinely had the most amazing experience. I wish i could give higher than 5 stars. Thank you all so much for your hard work and kindness and respect, it matters so much to me and i will always remember it! :)

I had an amazing experience going to Dera Dental. I researched many dentists in various countries and landed on Istanbul. Dr. Ali rose to the top of the top five dentists I researched there. I had medical conditions that made my implants more risky and Dr. Ali made a specialized plan for my particular needs. From the moment I arrived in Istanbul I was treated like royalty! I actually looked forward to my dental appointments and developed a real friendship with Dr. Ali, Cemre and the staff. They were all fantastic. Dr. Ali is very fastidious in his care. He plans everything down to the minute detail and I knew everything he was doing was individualized for my best interest and he kept me informed step by step. He also believes in pain free dentistry. On day one he pulled nine teeth and put in eight implants and I didn't feel a thing! Because of his technique (which was laser guided) the recovery was easy and I was out shopping the next day! I cannot say enough good about Dera Dental. When I received my full uppers and lowers 2.5 weeks later, they were perfect! It's been a month now and no issues whatsoever, other than missing the people at Dera and missing Istanbul! On a scale of 1-10 Dera is 100!
