I can’t speak highly enough of the treatment from all staff especially mirve who looked after me through the night she came every hour to do my drops until I asked her to come at 6.00 in morning she gave me an extension number incase I needed anything before six , which I did at 5.00am she immediately came to my room and sorted my issue the operation went perfect and after only two days I can see better than I have in the last 18 years 👌👍👌 thank you everyone

スタッフの対応も良く、部屋も素晴らしかったです。手術も非常に迅速かつスムーズに進み、何の問題もありませんでした。滞在中、スタッフ全員が親切で、親身になってサポートしてくれました。 特に、食事を持ってきてくれたり、様子を見に来てくれたりしたスタッフの方々はとても親切でした。中でも、お名前は存じ上げませんが、英語を話せる方がいらっしゃいました。その方は本当に気配りが行き届いていて、常に様子を気にかけて「大丈夫ですか？」と声をかけてくれました。その方のおかげで、滞在全体がずっと快適で、心置きなく過ごせました。
