I would like to give special praise to the doctor, who is truly an excellent professional. I am very happy with the surgery and with the result. Everything went well, and I felt that I was in good hands.
The clinic itself also made a very good impression. It is clean, modern, and overall well organized.
I have only positive things to say about the doctor, the surgery, and the medical care I received. Thank you!
Unfortunately, although I was very happy with the doctor and the surgery itself, I had a very negative experience with the financial and administrative side of the clinic.
I was charged €120 more than the amount that had been agreed. I immediately asked for a receipt or any document showing what this additional €120 was for, but I was not given one. I was simply told that it was a mistake and that the money would be refunded.
However, I never received the €120 back. It now feels as though they simply waited until I left the country and then stopped caring about the matter. I am now back home, I have no receipt for the €120 I paid, and I have not received the promised refund. Despite asking for proof of payment, I was basically brushed off.
I also have to mention the interpreter. I repeatedly asked for help obtaining a sick leave certificate, but unfortunately she did not really help me resolve this issue. In the end, I was left without the assistance I had specifically requested.
It is very disappointing because the doctor is genuinely excellent and I am happy with the surgery and its result. I have no complaints about the medical treatment itself. However, the way the financial and administrative issues were handled left a very unpleasant impression and significantly affected my overall experience with the clinic.
