Exceptional Experience at The Harley Street Clinic I was admitted to The Harley Street Clinic on July 19th for decompression surgery for central spinal stenosis. From start to finish, the care I received was truly exceptional. Nurse Ferdinand did my pre-assessment and explained everything clearly. He was kind and professional, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the surgery. On the day of the Surgery, Nurse Ibrahim welcomed me, helped with registration, and calmly explained each step before I went in. I’m very thankful for his support. I’d like to give my deepest thanks to Dr. Irfan Malik, the anesthetic doctor, and all the doctors and medical staff who were part of my surgery. They are truly remarkable. I had been suffering with constant aches and pain for a long time, and thanks to their expert care, I finally feel at ease. During recovery, Nurse Joseph took care of me at night. He was very gentle, patient, and supportive, helping me move and making sure I felt safe. Thanks also to: Nurse Pamela and another nurse, whose name I’m sorry I don’t know, were both helpful with medication and other medical needs. Head Nurse Darvey, who gave clear advice before I was discharged. Veronica, a kind and pleasant lady who brought me my meals with a smile. Thank you to everyone at The Harley Street Clinic. You made a difficult time much easier, and I’m truly grateful for all your care Thank you 🙏

I was recently referred to HCA Healthcare by Dr. Tsepov, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Special thanks to Vicky, Vanessa, and Clavel for their kindness and professionalism throughout my visit. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that I felt at ease. A heartfelt thank you to Fadia, who is not only incredibly kind but also an outstanding phlebotomy specialist. Her skill and reassuring manner made what is often a stressful experience feel comfortable and seamless. As a patient you are put at ease very quickly here when you first attend. All the staff are happy and friendly which makes it easy to relax and forget any stress you arrived with. On regular attendance you become part of the 'family' so to speak . Staff and other patients are always smiling!

I went to the clinic for a septoplasty and the care was exceptional. The reception team was welcoming. We received a private room waiting for the nurses, anaesthetist and surgeon to come for providing information. I've been treated extremely well, so was my partner. The food is high standard for hospital. The operation went well and I've been provided with the right drugs and recommendations for the best recovery.

Recently had neurosurgery here. I can not praise the whole set up highly enough. From my neurosurgical team, anesthetists, doctors, nurses, catering staff, cleaners and reception staff (forgive me if I've omitted anyone). From the moment I arrived to the day I left, I was treated with respect, dignity and had the most wonderful care. The food was of restaurant quality, and everyone was, most importantly, cheerful and happy. It's obvious to the patients that The Harley Street Clinic is a comfortable and cheerful place to work.Thank you. Anyone reading this and contemplating where to go for treatment, I would not hesitate in suggesting they go to The Harley Street Clinic.
