Excellent service. From reception to the other professionals, I felt very welcomed, and all my questions about the procedure were answered very clearly. I am on the third day after two extractions and a graft, and everything is going very well: no pain, no swelling, and no bleeding.

I will justify my 1 🌟 rating!!! In 2020 I went to Hoe Pituba for a treatment that required removing the upper and lower teeth! It was done in two stages; it was almost two years of treatment, cared for by Dr. Tulio, an exceptional surgeon. The problem came afterward: he disappeared from the front line of care and I was left with terrible assistance, a horrible prosthesis with no adaptation to the oral cavity, and an insistence on trying to make me believe the unbelievable! In short, a very poor-quality prosthesis that has been breaking since it was installed, and when I questioned it, I got arrogance from the staff: Sir, what’s your name? What happened? Let’s schedule an evaluation. In short, the human side for someone who had a procedure at the clinic was gone! Hell... A real hell, this clinic, and now they send me a link so I can pay in advance for maintenance of the shitty protocol! Actually, of shit, of feces! Pardon the language! A disposable protocol would be better! But Dr. Tulio is wonderful—have the surgery and be cared for by him to the end! It will work out; otherwise, run away! Put it in the contract! Medical service with Dr. Tulio until the delivery of the protocol with implants and so on! Other than that, the clinic is not worth it! It has turned into a clueless, impersonal service machine! They don’t know which client they’re talking to! Hoe has become a robot! Bye, Hoe!
Thank you, Dr. Tulio; your surgery was exceptional; the rest fell short in every respect! A series of runarounds and horrible attempts to string the client along!
Unacceptable! And note that, out of affection for you, I held back from speaking out! But unfortunately, my limit has been pushed to the extreme!
