I feel the co ordinator was very helpful and reassuring The doctor does nice neat work The nurses are all very lovely and attentive

The doctor doesn't always listen to your requests I think due to language barrier The initial consultation/co ordinator needs to be saying at least 10 to 14 days as 8 is not enough and caused a lot of stress and extra expense

Good communication from coordinator and clinic. Helpful and quick replies to questions. Zekra was fantastic and sourcing a clinic for surgery. The clinic staff were friendly and capable. The surgeon was knowledgeable and gave great information at pre op appointment and performed an excellent procedure. Post surgical medication and support was good, any questions I had were answered. Staff involved in post surgical review appointments were lovely.

All staff had a good level of English but sometimes communication was a bit confusing. Biggest concern was being charged extra $300 following pre op consultation, related to a health condition which had been disclosed at the very beginning of the process, months before.

Clean environment. The clinic was obviously experienced and gave a seamless service throughout. I’m impressed with my surgeon’s surgical skills and ethical approach.

Occasionally, elements of the process were not fully explained. As a patient, being asked to be naked and stand for photos is intimidating. I’d have appreciated being warned in advance and asked if I wanted my husband to be with me. I appreciate this is an important part of the process. Also, it was not explained what would happen to those images. I want to be assured they will never be used for marketing purposes, that my face will not appear on them and may only be shown to future patients seeking to have a similar procedure.

The staff were fabulous and so kind and caring. Aya was so helpful to me, quick at replying back. Am happy.

The only thing I was a tad upset about was not seeing my Dr after I was allowed to fly home. Would of been nice of him to see me. Apart from that, im healing very well.

I think the only thing I can think of is a little more details of the order of process maybe a list of progression. But can't can't say that's a negative it would be an improvement though 🙂
