Dr. Piotr Furga is a truly wonderful doctor – patient, empathetic, and incredibly professional. During every visit, I felt that my health and comfort were his top priorities. He explains everything thoroughly and answers questions calmly and kindly, making me feel safe and confident. A huge thank you also goes to Ms. Izabela G. – always available, helpful, warm, and ready to offer support at any time. Thanks to people like her, the entire visit and treatment process become much less stressful, and the patient truly feels cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Furga and the entire team at the Promedion clinic – they combine extensive knowledge with genuine care for their patients. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I decided to have a hair transplant at this clinic after much consideration and comparing several places. From the very first consultation, everything was explained clearly and calmly, without pressure or promises of unrealistic results.
The procedure itself was smooth and comfortable, and the team was very professional and dedicated. However, the most important thing is the results – my hairline looks natural, and my hair is noticeably thicker.
I am very happy with my decision and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I had a consultation with Dr. Pietrasik, a very experienced surgeon. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't "fake it" just to try and get me to go through with the surgery. He explained all the pros and cons and the risks. My reaction to the surgeon was overwhelmingly positive.
BUT
Calling the number on Dr. Pietrasik's website, I was scheduled for a consultation at the Promedion clinic (a different address than on the website, and the cost of the visit was also different).
The cost of the surgery, which the doctor selected for me on Dr. Pietrasik's website, was 27,000-35,000 PLN. On the Promedion website, it was a maximum of 40,000 PLN. At the office, I learned that the final cost of "two surgeries in one" would be 48,000 PLN 😳 plus the qualification visit, my travel (it's about 2 hours to Warsaw), and medications, easily 50,000 PLN.
The difference between what's on the website and what I learned in the office is huge. I understand that the price is selected individually, but the range in the price list should take this difference into account

I'd like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received over the phone. On two occasions, I encountered employees who were clearly unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of providing clear information, they responded in a brusque and discouraging manner, which only added to my frustration. This approach to customer service is unprofessional and leaves a very negative impression. I hope that steps will be taken to improve the quality of communication and the standard of service.

The clinic deserves the highest rating. The approach to clients before and after the procedure is completely professional and reliable. The procedure with Dr. Wiśniewski was a complete success.
