It’s worth sharing the outstanding service I received at the HCA Urgent Care Centre at London Bridge Hospital. From the moment I arrived, my experience was exceptional, and it made a significant difference during a time of worry and uncertainty. The efficiency of the service was truly remarkable. There was no waiting time whatsoever, and I was seen by medical staff immediately. This is a huge relief when you're feeling unwell, and I am so thankful that the team understands the importance of prompt care. All the necessary diagnostic tests were arranged and conducted without delay, which quickly provided the clarity needed to determine the right path for further treatment. The staff's professionalism and skill were evident throughout my visit. The nurse team was particularly efficient and competent. As someone who has had previous difficulty with blood draws, I was especially impressed with the nurse who took my blood sample with great ease and skill. Both the doctor and the nurse provided clear, reassuring explanations about the diagnostic tests and my condition, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The team's ability to provide a quick diagnosis and a clear treatment plan, while making me feel supported, is something I deeply appreciate. It made the visibility of my condition and the next steps for treatment very clear. My sincere thanks to the entire team for a truly professional and compassionate experience.

I recently stayed at London Bridge Hospital for a spinal fusion procedure and was admitted for two nights. I was fortunate to have a comfortable private room with an en-suite bathroom and a stunning view overlooking the River Thames and London Bridge. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and compassion shown by every member of staff — from the porters, nurses, physiotherapist to the surgeon. I felt exceptionally well cared for and treated with great respect throughout my stay. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and to support my recovery. I am sincerely grateful to everyone involved in my care. Despite the seriousness of the procedure, my experience was overwhelmingly positive thanks to the dedication and kindness of the hospital staff. Thank you all once again.

I had a very positive experience at London Bridge Hospital across two separate surgeries just three weeks apart. During both of my stays, I found the post surgery recovery to be comfortable and well managed. The rooms were clean, the facilities were excellent, and the food was surprisingly good! A huge thank you to the incredible staff who made my experience so much easier. During my first stay, I was especially looked after by Alyssa, Joseph, Abegail, and Dona - all of whom were kind, attentive, and truly caring. On my return visit, I was once again lucky to be cared for by Alyssa, Abegail, and Dona, and also had the pleasure of being supported by Benjo and Janine. The physio staff were also super supportive, but didn’t get to catch their names. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and at ease throughout my recovery. And of course, a special thank you to my surgeon, Miss Safina Ali, whose skill, professionalism, and compassionate care gave me complete confidence from day one. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. Thank you to the entire team at London Bridge Hospital for making what could have been a very stressful time feel safe and manageable.

Very clean and nice hospital room. Made very comfortable. TV and comfortable bed. Helped relax my nerves before surgery. Staff were very friendly and calming. The food was very good. Nice and quick response when I needed anything. Very different experience than other hospitals. Overall experience was great for all these reasons.

I needed a quick internal check, to determine if I had traces of cancer. HCA was very committed to appoint a specialist and I could be seen in a week at the London Bridge. I was offered a large private room. A very modern looking hospital (inside), with very committed staff and a very high quality of service. Great I could be seen quickly and received the reports & medical prescription immediately. I have had a 2nd appointment a few weeks after, to get an endoscopy, of throat and stomach. With a light form of anaesthetics everything could be done. A great service once again.

Great service all the way. The nurses and staff are very friendly and very service oriented. The food selection is superb and the room has a view of the Shard, very nice experience all together, I have never had a problem with this hospital and HCA clinics, always get top service. I have recommended this place and the Urologist here Mr Bultitude is a very great person and very efficient, my friend got top service here, I highly recommend it

Haven't been here but saw this from the Thames. This is a private hospital on the south bank of the River Thames. It opened in 1986. It belongs, along with several other well-known private London hospitals, to HCA International. It is located on Tooley Street, London, SE1

I had a surgery in this hospital in December 1990. That surgery changed my life. I was 14 years old at the time. The nurses were great and my surgeon Professor Mundy was an angel sent by god. I owe my life to him.I visited the hospital and him this year after 29 years. Both are still there in this constant changing world.

Such a lovely hospitality.... actually, i don't feels like in hospital but more like in 5 star hotel. I had a wonderful moments when i was there. Thank you London Bridge Hospital for a great hospitality
