夫と私は、この素晴らしく魔法のような場所への2回目の訪問から戻ったばかりです。到着した瞬間から、すぐに体が軽くなったように感じます。部屋は素晴らしく、必要なものがすべて揃っています。チェルシーは毎回の食事に美味しくて食欲をそそるカラフルな料理を提供してくれ、彼女の非常にポジティブで幸せな存在感も素晴らしいです。この素晴らしい場所を作ったヘレンは、美しいスタジオで毎晩ヨガを教えてくれました。彼女の情熱と美しいエネルギーが全員に伝わってきました。ここは本当に素晴らしい場所です。もし訪れる機会があれば、ぜひ見逃さないでください。

The beauty of Casa Libelula is that it magically becomes what you need it to be! For me it was a place of growth, self awareness and release. There is a strong spiritual feeling of being embraced into a safe, nurturing space where, if you are willing it is possible to grow and blossom. As a retreat it is the perfect place to both lose self and find true self. The Singing Retreat I participated in was that for me and helped me find balance. The calm energy and support provided by Helen, Katie and Adele was a huge contribution to making the time spent absolutely special! The vegetarian and vegan food was prepared with so much care and love, and was served to us with quiet gentle calmness. Can’t recommend Casa Libelula, Helen and her team highly enough.
